Gooey chocolate brownies

Gooey chocolate brownies
Ingredients:

3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons Hershey’s cocoa
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
dash of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons Hershey’s cocoa
1 1/3 cups boiling water

Method:
Mix the first 8 ingredients with a wire wisk. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan. Mix the next 3 ingredients, the sugars and cocoa, and sprinkle over the batter. Now pour the boiling water slowly over that. DO NOT MIX. Bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Serve warm.

Preparation time – 10 minutes
Cooking time – 45 minutes
Serves – 6 to 8
